Build a highly detailed Spitfire Mk.Vc with this combined conversion and surface-detail upgrade package from Laminar Flow Design!

Designed for the Tamiya Spitfire Mk.IX (60319), this pack brings together the LFD32-004 Spitfire Mk.Vc Conversion Set and the LFD32-010R Raised Rivet Upgrade Set.

In addition to the essential components required to convert the Tamiya kit into a Mk.Vc, this package allows you to reproduce the distinctive raised, dome-headed rivets found on the rear fuselage of early Spitfires, instead of the recessed rivet detail moulded into the original kit.

Historically accurate rear fuselage detailing

The original Tamiya Mk.IX kit features recessed rivets on the rear fuselage, whereas earlier Spitfire variants, including the Mk.Vc, featured raised, dome-headed rivets in this area.

The included rivet upgrade allows you to reproduce this characteristic surface detail for a more historically accurate Mk.Vc conversion.

Multiple configuration options

The Mk.Vc conversion includes several nose, carburettor intake, propeller and spinner configurations, allowing you to represent different aircraft, including standard and tropical versions.

Assembly

Detailed conversion and rivet placement instructions are included.

Recommended tool: 0.2 mm PCB drill bits (not included).
