TERMS OF SALE & ORDER FULFILLMENT

1. Order & Payment All products are sold as listed on the website. Orders are considered final once payment is successfully completed. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.

2. Availability Products are available while supplies last. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed by email and fully refunded within 14 days.

3. Shipping & Delivery Orders are prepared and shipped within 10 open days (max, usual time is 4-5) after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. A tracking number is provided by email once the package is dispatched.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (non-customized products) In accordance with applicable laws, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of delivery to request a return, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service at: Mathieu@laminarflowdesign.com. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product was delivered in error or arrived damaged. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. We will provide a suitable solution: exchange, refund, or replacement at no extra charge.
